Fees, Payments, & Insurance Billing

I am a behavioral health care provider with several major insurance companies including:  Premera, Regence, Uniform Medical, and First Choice Health.  Other insurance companies will often pay part or most of the cost of counseling. I am also a provider for the Crime Victims Compensation Program.

Payment is due at the end of each session, unless other arrangements have been made.  Your medical insurance may cover all or part of the cost; however, you are responsible for your account.  It is important that you, as the consumer, call your insurance company prior to your initial evaluation to find out if my services are covered under your health insurance plan.  Important things to ask your insurance company are about “eligibility”, “deductibles”, and if you need a referral from your doctor or an authorization.  Regular fees are charged for requested reports, and consults with attorneys, physicians, and others at a pro-rated per session rate.
